The Stone Process

  1. Measurement
For all remodeling and installation projects, we manage everything using a professional process. Initially, a measurement appointment is scheduled, with one of specialists coming to your location and asking you about the project.
  2. Materials
With the measurements in place, you’ll be assisted with selecting the materials, with our staff providing you with different edge styles, finishing options, and cut-outs. You’ll always be encouraged to ask questions regarding the differences in products, as well as view any of the materials.
  3. Installation
When you have finalized your selections and are ready to move forward, we’ll work up an installation contract, finalizing all the details.
  4. Deposit
A deposit is required and installation times may vary, depending on the project.
  5. Maintenance
You’ll also be provided with information so that the tile or stone can be properly maintained.
